SMS Program Description

Bloomber and businesses using the Bloomber platform ("Participating Barbershops") offer an SMS/text messaging program to send you important information about your appointments and, if you opt in, occasional promotional messages.
Types of messages you may receive:
- ·Appointment confirmations – Confirmation of your booked appointment details
- ·Appointment reminders – Reminders before your scheduled appointment
- ·Booking updates – Changes to your appointment time, barber, or service
- ·Payment notifications – Payment confirmations and receipts
- ·Promotional messages – Special offers, discounts, and marketing messages from the barbershop (opt-in required)
Account & Transaction Verification Codes

Bloomber sends operational SMS messages tied to your account and support requests. We do not use this platform campaign for promotional marketing.
Types of messages you may receive:
Verification codes
One-time codes that verify your identity — when you sign in or create an account with your phone number, enable two-factor authentication, or confirm a transaction receipt.
Customer support responses
Replies to questions you send to Bloomber support by text.
Service notifications
Billing receipts, maintenance updates, and important service notices related to your Bloomber account.
How you opt in to verification codes
You opt in to these messages when you create a Bloomber account or sign in with your mobile number (an SMS consent notice is shown where you enter your phone number), when you request a verification code from a Bloomber receipt page to confirm a transaction, or when you reply START after Bloomber invites you to re-enable account and support texts. The consent disclosure is always optional and shown before any SMS is sent:
I agree to receive account and transaction verification codes, customer support messages, and service notifications via SMS from Bloomber. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of service. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time. Reply HELP for help. Your mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties. Frequency of verification codes
Message frequency for account and transaction verification codes depends on your own activity — you receive a code only when you sign in, create an account, enable two-factor authentication, or confirm a transaction. The opt-out (STOP), help (HELP), message-and-data-rates, privacy, supported-carrier, and contact terms in the sections below apply to these account verification codes exactly as they apply to the appointment program.

How to Opt-In

You can opt-in to receive SMS messages in the following ways:
Website Opt-In (Digital Consent)
When booking an appointment through a barbershop's website powered by Bloomber (e.g., bloomber.co/[shopname] or a shop's custom domain), you will be presented with an SMS consent checkbox during the booking process.
The opt-in checkbox includes the following disclosure:
"I agree to receive appointment reminders, confirmations, and occasional promotional/marketing messages via SMS from this business. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time. Reply HELP for help. View our SMS Terms & Privacy Policy."
Important: The SMS consent checkbox is optional and unchecked by default. You must actively check the box to opt-in. SMS consent is not a condition of booking an appointment.
Keyword Opt-In
You may also opt-in by texting START or YES to a participating barbershop's phone number. You will receive a confirmation message with program details.
Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your appointment activity and the barbershop's communication practices.
- ·Transactional messages (confirmations, reminders): Typically 2-4 messages per appointment
- ·Promotional messages (if opted in): Varies by barbershop, typically 1-4 messages per month
You can expect to receive messages related to appointments you book. If you opt-in to promotional messages, you may receive additional marketing communications from the barbershop.
Message and Data Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply. Message rates depend on your mobile carrier and your phone plan. Bloomber and participating barbershops are not responsible for any charges from your mobile carrier.

How to Opt-Out (STOP)

You can opt-out of SMS messages at any time. To stop receiving text messages, simply reply with any of the following keywords to any message you receive:

- ·UNSUBSCRIBE
- ·CANCEL
- ·END
- ·QUIT
After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message: "Bloomber: You are unsubscribed and will receive no further messages."
Note: If you opt-out, you will no longer receive appointment reminders or confirmations via SMS. You can opt back in at any time by texting START or YES.
How to Get Help (HELP)

Privacy & Data Protection

Your mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes.
We collect your phone number and SMS consent preferences solely to deliver the messaging services described above. Your mobile information is shared only with:
- ·The barbershop you booked with (to manage your appointments)
- ·Our SMS service provider (Telnyx) to deliver messages
- ·Mobile carriers to facilitate message delivery

Consent Not a Condition of Purchase

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase or booking. You can book appointments and use our services without opting in to SMS notifications. Alternative contact methods (email) are available.

Our SMS program is supported by major U.S. mobile carriers including but not limited to: AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, and their subsidiaries. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Changes to These Terms

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued participation in the SMS program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
